General Manager(Digital Transformation/Marketing) (90K–150K) (SDG-118683)

<Job responsibilities>
Strategic Planning & Execution
• Translate the company’s vision into actionable strategies and operational plans.
• Define and develop the company's service offerings in alignment with market needs.
• Identify and capitalize on business development opportunities to drive growth.
Client Engagement & Relationship Management
• Cultivate and manage client relationships, ensuring trust, value creation, and long-term partnership.
• Oversee the delivery of high-impact consulting and digital solutions tailored to client needs. – Able to Provide comprehensive Marketing tech solutions to clients
• Represent the company in key meetings, industry events, and stakeholder engagements.
Operational Oversight
• Oversee all aspects of the company’s daily operations, including resource planning, service delivery, financial performance, and internal process development.
• Ensure operational efficiency and establish key performance indicators (KPIs) across functions.
• Build and implement systems to support scalable and sustainable business growth.
Leadership & Team Building
• Recruit, lead, and develop a high-performing team aligned with the company’s culture and values.
• Foster a collaborative and accountable work environment, promoting innovation and professional growth.
• Act as a mentor and role model, leading by example with integrity and a strong sense of responsibility.
		

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 35 - 45 years old
- Bachelor's degree
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 10+ years of experience in consulting digital business solutions such as marketing tech tools for clients from consulting firms, marketing data firms, the digital transformation industry, or other related. 
• At least 2-3 years of Product Owner(PO) in any of marketing tech tools. 
• At least 5 years in Manager level or above. 
• Proven track record of launching or scaling business operations, preferably within a startup or high-growth environment.
• Strong commercial acumen and experience managing budgets, performance targets, and business development initiatives.
• Good command of English; excellent communication and interpersonal skills for meetings, presentations internal, and with clients.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate independently and make high-impact decisions.
• Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and a long-term vision.
• Adaptive, solutions-oriented, and driven by results.
• High integrity and commitment to building a purpose-led organization.
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
