Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
- Plan and execute offline marketing strategies to enhance brand recognition, based on customer analysis and CRM initiatives
- Build strong relationships with doctors and patient referral agents through conferences, networking, and outreach activities
- Identify, organize, and attend impactful on-site events and promotional opportunities
- Communicate with prospective patients and their families to introduce clinic services and provide follow-up support
- Collaborate with web marketing and branding teams to develop integrated, creative campaigns
- Serve as a liaison between internal teams and external partners handling HR and administrative tasks
- Propose and manage promotional plans and branding strategies aligned with company goals
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor's degree in any related field
- At least 3 years of experience in marketing or PR tasks in any industry
- Experience in promotion activities for brand acknowledge
- Conversational middle-high level of English(Communication with Japanese Director)
<Preferable Skill / Experience >
- Experience in designing online content
- Experience in health care or medical industry
- Experience in SNS promotion
