General Affair & Document Control Supervisor @Chonburi (21K-26K) (SDG-38446) <Job Responsibilities> Control and monitor all document of the company following ISO 9001: 2015 system Responsible for the internal and external related ISO Audits Control of all ISO system documentation, organize the document and maintain records Operate under ISO system to support 5S activities, KPI and safety policy to be achieved the company objectives Advice of all departments in accordance with the ISO requirements Other tasks assigned by General Manager -administration General Affair Manage overall in GA function such as company facility , pest control, air condition, key control , Document control , Drinking water, Toilet etc Support and coordinate with each department for submit every document that requested by Government and other section such as DBD/ BOI/ MOI etc Support all company activity Make a minutes of meeting and translate the document Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > Thai nationality , Male/Female, age 25 –29 years old Bachelor's Degree in any related fields At least 3-5 years’ experience in dealing with ISO 9001 (2015 system) documents in trading or manufacturing company Be able to commute to work by themselves and visit Bangkok branch Advanced conversation level of English (Middle-High) Ba able to work on Saturday twice a month Hands on with strong international skills and familiar with working in a multi-cultural environment <Preferable Skill / Experience> Business Level of English Languages skills English: Conversational Level Japanese: None Workplace Area: Amatanakhorn(Phase 7), Chonburi Working Hour: 8:30-17:00(*Saturday working: Every other Saturday) About the Benefits Salary: 21,200–26,200THB About the company Products: Trading industrial gases for electronics manufacturing company and other manufacturing Business Type: General Trading Company; Other Chemicals / Materials
