Customer Service (Domestic) @ Rayong (20K-37K) (SDG-22900)
<Job Responsibilities>
Receive orders, forecast and discuss with customer
Handle document by using SAP system such as issue AO, DO, DI, Invoice, Billing process.
Control FG safety stock level
Coordinate with planning team to achieve customer target
Control WH and transportation supplier activity included performance
Customer complain and incident case handling
Control daily delivery plan
Workplace Area: Amata City, Rayong
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00 (Mon-Fri)

Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality, Female, age 23-30 years old
Bachelor’s degree
1-2 years’ experience as a customer service or sales support.
Able to deal with PO/Invoice and other sales related documents.
Able to communicate English (Advanced conversation - middle).
Able to use SAP will be advantage
Microsoft (Excel skill such Pivot, Vlookup and general formulation)
