Job Description

Customer Service (Domestic) @ Rayong (20K-37K) (SDG-22900)
<Job Responsibilities>
	Receive orders, forecast and discuss with customer
	Handle document by using SAP system such as issue AO, DO, DI, Invoice, Billing process. 
	Control FG safety stock level 
	Coordinate with planning team to achieve customer target
	Control WH and transportation supplier activity included performance 
	Customer complain and incident case handling 
	Control daily delivery plan

Workplace Area: Amata City, Rayong
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00 (Mon-Fri)

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
	Thai nationality, Female, age 23-30 years old
	Bachelor’s degree
	1-2 years’ experience as a customer service or sales support.
	Able to deal with PO/Invoice and other sales related documents.
	Able to communicate English (Advanced conversation - middle). 
	Able to use SAP will be advantage
	Microsoft (Excel skill such Pivot, Vlookup and general formulation)
