Air Freight Manager (Suvarnabhumi Airport) (50K-100K) (SDG-82435) ผู้จัดการฝ่ายขนส่งทางอากาศ (ท่าอากาศยานสุวรรณภูมิ) <Job Responsibilities> - Handle all air business units for Import / Export / Courier including customs clearance process - Freight forwarding contact air-cargo for both clients in Thailand and overseas - Support sales team for new local customers & management of existing customer - To join Customer visits when required - Prepare bid proposal, tender presentation, etc. that meet the customers' requirements - Prepare the monthly sale / volume and profit planning - Negotiate competitive/Ad hoc rate and long-term deals with the carriers & Vendors (rates and space) - Monitor that comprehensive rates, schedules and other information are continuously updated on intranet - Control process of invoicing to customers & overseas includes controlling CSR to airlines with efficiencies, correctly and in due time - Monitoring to correct / timely billings and job closing within company monthly closing - Airfreight team management, work closely with internal staff member, colleagues and third parties and motivation to staff, in order to smooth operations to deadlines - Other task as assigned by management <Necessary Skills / Experiences> - Thai nationality, Male, Female, 30-40 years old - Bachelor’s Degree - At least 5 years’ experience in Air Freight Manager - Knowledge and experiences in import and/or export - Have good command of English (speaking and writing - to communicate with foreigners) <In details> - Having skill in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) - Pleasant personality, good communication and interpersonal skills. - Able to work under pressure, well organized, fast learning and service minded. <Preferable Skills / Experiences> - Management skill - Direct experiences in Airfreight - Proven English certificates Languages skills English: Conversational Level Japanese: None Workplace Area: Airport link Suvarnabhumi, Samut Prakan Working Hour: 8:00-17:00 (Monday to Friday (Sat: None), Work in office) About the Benefits Salary: 50,000–100,000THB About the company Product & Service: Logistic service (air-freight) Business Type: Distribution / Transportation / Warehousing
