<Job Description>
・Get an order from the customer and update the schedule
・Be responsible for Material Control and be in charge of both domestic and international
・Inventory Control and manage delivery schedule by contacting overseas branches and suppliers
・Prepare the PO and issue an invoice
・Request shipment to supplier or warehouse (Ocean, Air, Truck)
・Check the documents related to import customs clearance or import entry
・Get the client's information, such as production trends, if necessary
・Gather a quotation from the logistics company about the delivery cost
・Report weekly/monthly to the report line
・Other tasks assigned by the Manager
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・At least 2 years' experience in customer service of Inventory control in the trading or Automotive industry
・Direct experience in export documentation (e.g., export invoices, packing lists) is a must
・Conversational high level of English (TOEIC score 650-700) to contact overseas branches and suppliers
・Able to use Excel, such as Pivot table and VLOOKUP
・Working experience in a Japanese company

・Business level of English
