<Job Responsibilities>
- Managing and overseeing the daily operations accounting department
- Monitoring and analyzing accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
- Establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods, policies and principles

- Coordinate and complete annual audits
- Provide recommendations
- Liaising with managerial staff and other colleagues.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Female .38 - 45 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 7 years' experiences and above of Accounting Manager level in construction or real estate developer companies
- Conversational command of verbal and written in English (mostly use in documents)
- Be able to cope with high volume of transactions and multiple number of projects
- Experiences in accredited Auditing companies
- CPD Certificate
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Experiences in Auditing/Accounting firms
- Accounting software: Pojjaman (ERP for construction industry)

Workplace Area: ARL Lad Brabang, Bangkok
Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Monday-Friday (Saturday: from 8.30-15.30, flexible depends on team management))

- บริหารจัดการและดูแลแผนกบัญชีการปฏิบัติงานประจำวัน
- ติดตามและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลทางบัญชีและจัดทำรายงานทางการเงินหรืองบการเงิน
- กำหนดและบังคับใช้วิธีการ นโยบาย และหลักการบัญชีที่เหมาะสม
- ตรวจสอบและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลทางบัญชีและจัดทำรายงานทางการเงินหรืองบการเงิน
- กำหนดและบังคับใช้วิธีการ นโยบาย และหลักการบัญชีที่เหมาะสม
- ประสานงานและดำเนินการตรวจสอบประจำปีให้เสร็จสิ้น
- ให้คำแนะนำ
- ติดต่อประสานงานกับผู้บริหารและเพื่อนร่วมงานอื่น ๆ

- สัญชาติไทย เพศหญิง .38 - 45 ปี
- ปริญญาตรี
- ประสบการณ์ 7 ปีขึ้นไป ระดับผู้จัดการฝ่ายบัญชีในบริษัทก่อสร้างหรือบริษัทพัฒนาอสังหาริมทรัพย์
- สนทนาทางวาจาและเขียนเป็นภาษาอังกฤษ (ส่วนใหญ่ใช้ในเอกสาร)
- สามารถรับมือกับปริมาณธุรกรรมสูงและหลายโครงการ
- ประสบการณ์ในบริษัทตรวจสอบบัญชีที่ได้รับการรับรอง
- ใบรับรอง CPD
