<Job Responsibilities>
Accounts & Finance (Respond for Accounts & Finance 70%)
- Maintain Accounts Payable - Oversea & Local
- Forward contract & Reconciliation
- Liaise with Bank - Booking Forward contract
- Prepare and review payment - Overseas & Local
- Maintain Fixed Assets Register
- Monthly/Yearly closing
- Monthly Internal Financial Statement
- Maintain monthly tax/withholding tax form
- Output/Input VAT report
- Helping Job as Accounting Manager Assigned.
- Support on audit matters
- Other assigned tasks
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor's degree in any related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in Accounts Payable in a trading company or related.
- At least 2 years of management experience
- Conversational High English level ( To communicate with foreign customers via email and documents )
- Have basic skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of Accounting Software: FORMULA/AUTO FLIGHT
