<Job Responsibilities>
Accounting 80%
- Check and sort out daily reimbursement documents
- Monitor the fund operation of the company and give early warning of anomalies
- Responsible for the company's daily cash and bank income and expenditure settlement
- Timely register cash bank journal and check it
- Timely report on the monthly use of funds
- Other tasks assigned by the Manager
HR & Administrative 20%
- Daily office administrative work and office equipment maintenance, etc..
- Provide timely services for the company's daily administrative office needs.
- Assist in recruitment, training, staff management, staff activities, corporate culture publicity
- Administrative office assets procurement registration, distribution management, maintenance inventory, etc., effectively control administrative office assets
- Handle procedures for the termination of social security, accumulation fund, attendance management, employee entry and departure, transfer, and change
- Other tasks assigned by the manager
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- A bachelor's degree or above in Accounting or financial
- At least 3 years of experience in financial roles
- Conversational High Level in English
(Communicate with the Chinese report line, report, and documents)
- Proficient in Office Software skills such as Microsoft Word and Excel
