<Job Responsibilities>
- To conduct the market research to identify potential customers
- Communicate with customers, make outbound calls to potential customers, and follow up on leads.
- Approach prospective customers to expand the business, understand customer needs, and propose solutions.
- Operate for making quotations, sales forecasts, business plans, and other tasks as assignments.
- Handle customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
- Handle and follow division targets to achieve sales goals.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor's degree in any related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in B2B Sales in any industry, (Service product)
- Conversational High in Japanese (Use with clients and report line)
*Preferably if holding JLPT N2 and up
- Conversational Middle in English (Use with email, documents, internal meetings)
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Having experience as a Salesperson in a marketing agency will be an advantage.
- Having experience in the Digital/IT Solution/Technology industry will be an advantage.
<Personality>
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proactive and must be a good team player.
