Job Description

<Job Scope>
To handle end-to-end sales processes including new customer acquisition, document preparation (e.g. quotations, invoices, RFQ), order monitoring, and after-sales support, ensuring responsiveness and accuracy throughout the sales cycle.

<Job Responsibilities>
- Perform all aspects of the selling part
- Maintain and develop new and existing customers  								
- Preparation documents such as quotations, invoices, closing orders, etc.
- Prepare documents such as RFQ, FA, FAP, Customer and Supplier Application
- Monitor the order process and resolve customer problems.																
- Support the customer requirement, follow up and solve any issues				
- Ability to read some basic dimensions of drawing.
- Other tasks assigned by the manager		

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience>
- Bachelor's degree in any related field
- At least 2 years as a Sales Executive related to automotive and electronic parts.
- Conversational High level in Japanese (JLPT N3)
  (Communicate with the report line, some of the clients, and email external)
- Conversational Middle in English
  (for email, documents, and reports)
- Able to handle all sales documents by yourself
- Experience in RFQ, FA, and FAP
- Have your own car and driver's license

<Preferable>
- JLPT N2
- Experience in a Japanese Company
- Experience in setting up or joining VA/VE activities

- Basic knowledge of the processing of automotive and electronics products 
- Knowledge of  ISO9001, ISO14001, TS16949
