JOB DESCRIPTION:
 
The position supports HR function in his duties to oversee and ensure smooth operation of the Hanoi Office. His responsibilities may include:
 
Recruitment: Ensure right person is being recruited in order to reduce staff turnover and meet section manpower need.
Ensure all departments have an updated organization chart with functions in order to facilitate manpower & budget planning.
Orientation, Training & Development: Ensure training need is identified, total training plan is developed and effectively implemented in order to close performance gap and develop a highly effective and competent workforce.
Performance Management: To administer confirmation appraisals for all new hires of the office in order to assess the performance to determine the fit and suitability as well as to identify the performance gaps of the new hires for training & development.
 
To administer annual appraisals for employees for Hanoi Office
Employee Relation & Engagement: Ensure employee communication session, social & recreational activities, staff privilege programs are carried out on a regularly basis IN ORDER TO promote employee engagement and improve moral and relationship among employees of different departments.
Office & Facility: Ensure all Office & facility are well maintained and comply to government legislations in order to provide a safe work environment for employees and visitors.
Other duties as assigned
 
*Company bus is provided for commuting between Ha Noi and Bac Ninh
 
REQUIREMENTS:
Male
University graduated, major in Business Administration/Human
Resource Management.
At least 3 years experiences in similar capacity.
Able to communicate effectively in English.
Strong interpersonal and communication skill.
Must be patient especially when handling staff’s problems and enquiries.
Must be familiar with the Employment Act.
Possess good skills in organizing company-wide events.
High integrity and ethics.
Self-motivated, proactive by nature with positive attitude.
Proficient in MS Office Application.
