Work outline: Responsible for customer service tasks (sea freight)
Duties & Responsibilities:
Contacting Sea Freight for booking space and cooperate with oversea agent.
Getting the related document from customer send to all concerns
Inputting shipment detail as per customer’s invoice and create B/L.
Sending pre-alert and corresponding with oversea agent for any cases and support any problem
Solving problems by cooperation with concerned department and customers.
Monitoring and ensure that all job files are closed and forward to Consignee on time.
Coordinating between customer and internal section.
Other tasks will be assigned
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai Nationality, Male/female, age 23-28 years old
Bachelor’s Degree Logistics or in related fields
At least 2 years of working experience in Customer Service (Sea Export)
Computer literacy
Not job hopper (more than 1 year of experience in a company)
Preferable Skill / Experience
Good interpersonal, well-organized, initiative, service minded and solving skills.
Able to work under pressure and timeline
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational level
Japanese: Preferable
Workplace Area: BTS Saladaeng
Working Hour: Mon-Fri (08:30– 17:30)
