Work Outline: In charge of supporting TH GM for factory management
Duties & Responsibilities:
A liaison to coordinate and interpreter between GM, Inter-departmental (Thai Staff), Customers and the other company
Email, Document, Video translator(Japanese-Thai-English)
Travel with GM to support his work in business trip both domestic and oversea. Average once or twice per month (company supports for expenses).
Respond promptly to customer inquiries, handle and resolve customer complaints
Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints
Aid customers in completing purchases and transactions
Support Thai GM to think about business strategy and help about management
Process orders, forms, applications and requests
Ad-hoc job required by GM.
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality, male or female, age 37-40 years
Bachelor's Degree or higher in any field
Good Command of English (Business Level) & Japanese (N4 or above)
Posing Positive and Can Do Attitude
Able to perform business trip in upcountry and oversea occasionally
Have management skill and leader ship
Preferable Skill / Experience
Have car and driving license
Languages skills
English: Conversational level
Japanese: Advanced conversational level (at least N4)
Workplace Area: Samutprakarn
Working Hour: 9:00 – 18:00 (Mon – Fri)
About the Benefit
Salary: 50,000 – 65,000 THB Negotiable
