Work Outline: Responsible for oversee all of process of import and export sea freight and air freight
Duties & Responsibilities:
Coordinate with suppliers, and shipping agents for purchasing issue
Monitoring shipment status and update to customers.
Coordinate with suppliers and customer for Customs privileges
Plan and arrange delivery shipment /products as per customer required
Responsible for control proceeding both Import-Export Customs Formalities Clearance, Coordinate with sales team, shipping agent, warehouse for customs clearance, billing and other related jobs
Prepare shipping documents as necessary for clearance
Prepare document related to import – export shipment
Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality, male or female, age 24-30 years
Bachelor’s degree in any related field (Logistics is preferable)
At least 2-3 years’ experience in Import-Export (Logistics)
Able to visit to warehouse by company car with driver
Preferable Skill / Experience
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Able to work well under pressure
Languages skills
English: Conversational level *Understanding English document & e-mal
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: (BTS) Bearing
Working Hour: 7:30 - 16:30 (Monday – Friday with some Saturday)
