Duties & Responsibility:

• Establishes Web project scope by studying strategic business drivers; discovering and validating business parameters; developing and writing proposals.
• Develops Web solution by formulating objectives; preparing installation and modification and design of technical solutions.
• Implements Web solution by monitoring project progress; tracking action items; conducting design and implementation reviews; examining, researching, and resolving issues
• Assures quality Web solution by developing and completing test plans; maintaining project and technical documentation.
• Lead and drives Web Developer team by orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching; following production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; identifying work process improvements.

Qualification:

MUST

• Thai national only, Bachelor's degree or higher in relevant field, Age 23-38

(First graduate also welcome)

• Common majors include computer science, software engineering, mathematics or computer information systems.
• ability to use programming language
• Knowledge of various computer systems, key programming languages such as C++, visual basic, java and MEL (Maya Scripting Language)
• Can work creatively and to deadlines and specification
• Attention to detail and excellent communication skills
• Have initiative and also play well with others (it’s all about the team!)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and ready to grow with the company

PREFER

• Have at least 1-2 years working experience
• Quick sketching and game storyboarding experience is preferable
• Significant experience with iPhone/iPad games is preferable
• Japanese language is an advantage
