Work Outline: Responsible for ecommerce web operation
Duties & Responsibility:
•Responsible for web operations and analyzing the required information to meet KPIs and performance and reliability of the e-commerce websites
•Operation includes site maintenance and web ads
•Responsible for the code deployment process and ensuring changes are sufficiently tested, track defects and ensure sufficient coverage for after-hours support
•Providing support for disaster recovery testing, capacity planning and performance tuning for web applications
•Managing day-to-day web ads operation
•Working closely with the Web Development team to ensure development resources are optimally utilized
•Collaborating with IT on scheduled maintenance
•Minimizing impact to customers and sales
•Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
[Must]
•Thai Nationality, Male/Female, Age 24-39
•Bachelor’s degree in any related field
•Knowledge and experience on SEO, web production or web design in web operating company
•Have a good knowledge of E-commerce
•Experience as the person in charge *Not only Management
•Merchant/Marketer (+ Engineer) mindset to drive business and profit
•Good command of English skills

English: Conversational level
Workplace Area: BTS Sala Daeng, MRT Si Lom
Working Hour:9.00 – 18.00 (Monday – Friday)
About the Benefit
Salary: 25,000 - 45,000 THB/ Month
