Duties & Responsibility
(Outline): Coordinate with customer on the document/ Plan to release the goods by customers’ requirement
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Meets warehouse financial standards by providing annual budget information; monitoring expenditures; identifying variances; implementing corrective actions
Moves inventory by scheduling materials to be moved to and from warehouse; coordinating inventory transfers with related departments
Delivers supplies and equipment to departments by receiving and transferring items
Maintains storage area by organizing floor space; adhering to storage design principles; recommending improvements
Maintains inventory by conducting monthly physical counts; reconciling variances; inputting data
Accomplishes warehouse and organization mission by completing related results as needed
Preparing and analyzing inventory reports for the management
Maintain physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement
Desired skills & experiences:
[Must]
Male, age 30-35years old.
Bachelor degree in Logistics or any related field.
At least 5 years experience in Warehouse management & Inventory-Transport control.
People management skills, Safety skill (HSE), strong leadership, service mind and a good team player.
Good command of English literacy and computer skill.
Able to work under pressure.
Languages skills:
English: Conversational Level (internal communication)
Workplace Area:Prompong, Bangkok
Working Hour:Monday – Friday 8:30 – 17.30
