<Job Responsibilities>
◆Planning
(Manager)
- Organizing human resource
- Controlling Warehouse capacity vs business requirement
(Leader)
- Organizing daily/weekly work assignments

◆In/Outbound Operation
(Manager)
- Managing the whole in/outbound operation to meet quality check and delivery schedule
- Working with 3PLs' representatives (in/out planning, customs declaration ...)
- Organizing and handling Information Flow and Documentation
- Ensuring all transactions completed in the system in compliance with cut-off time
(Leader)
- Updating overall in/outbound progress
- Monitoring operators’ works
- Instructing for daily warehouse tasks to ensure items are received, put away, picked and delivered timely and accurately

◆Warehouse Organization
(Manager)
- Designing process of conducting inventory counting
- Organizing and maintaining warehouse layouts
- Organizing 5S & security activities
- Organizing inspection and maintenance activities for tools and equipment
- Ensuring necessary consumables and equipment for warehouse operations are always available and in sufficient quantities(Leader)
- Implementing and monitoring inventory counting
- Monitoring the maintain of warehouse layout according to instructions from WH manager
- Monitoring the implementation of 5S
- Performing equipment inspection and maintenance
- Reporting of materials used, making list of items for purchasing

◆Management and Reporting(Manager)
- Leading and making decisions to resolve warehouse operation issues
- Updating and adjusting workflows
- Controlling operational costs and efficiency in warehouse operations
- Making inventory, capacity, productivity, 5S & security reports...and sharing with related departments as required
- Organizing training and Kaizen activities(Leader)
- Handling operators’ attendances
- Reporting to WH manager as required

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 30 - 50 years old
(Manager)
- University graduate majoring in economics or logistics-related field
- 6 years of practical experience in warehouse operations, of which at least 3 years at management level
- Can make decisions and handle multitasking independently
- Proficient in MS Office (Google or Microsoft)
- Have experiences working in bonded warehouse is preferable
- Proficiency in English

(Leader)
- College graduate with a major in economics or a logistics-related field
- 4 years of practical experience in warehouse operations, of which at least 2 years in a supervisory position
- Proficient in warehouse operations; ability to coordinate, organize and assign work
- Proficiency in Japanese(JLPT N2+) or English

<Preferable Skills / Experiences>
- Professional experience in cost reduction and KAIZEN projects
- English language skills well enough to negotiate with overseas companies
