Work Outline Responsible for management of Warehouse Department
Duties & Responsibilities:
Safeguard warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols
Responsible for ALL warehouse related issues, warehousing operations, inventory control and security
Preparing and analyzing inventory reports for the management
Managing team members (warehouse and logistic), planning distribution schedules and overseeing daily transport requirements
Maintain receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures
Control inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system
Maintain physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement
Complete warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results
Maintain warehouse staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results
Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai Nationality Only, Male or Female, Age 27-50
Bachelor's degree in any field
At least 3 years’ experience as supervisor in warehouse
Managerial level experience
Preferable Skill / Experience
Excellent leadership and negotiation skills
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversation level (TOEIC 600-)
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: ARL Ramkhamhaeng
Working Hour: 8:00 – 17:00 (Mon – Fri)
