Duties & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for management of Warehouse Department
- Responsible for ALL warehouse related issues, warehousing operations, inventory control and security
- Preparing and analyzing inventory reports for the management
- Managing team members (warehouse and logistic), planning distribution schedules and overseeing daily transport requirements
- Maintain receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures
- Control inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system
- Maintain physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement
- Complete warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results
- Maintain warehouse staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Qualification:
Desired skills & experiences:

- Thai Nationality Only, Male or Female, Age OVER 40 ONLY
- Bachelor's degree in any related fields
- At least 5 years’ experience of supervisory level in warehouse

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work well under pressure
- Excellent leadership and negotiation skills
Workplace Area: Ramkhamheang
Working Hour: 8:00 – 17.00
About the Benefit
Salary: 50,000-60,000 THB/ Month
