Warehouse and Logistic Manger (70K–75K) (SDG-84157)

<Job Responsibilities>
• Lead and give advice at an expert level on all things related to warehousing/logistics/supply chain and transportation.
• Set policies and strategic plans to accelerate business growth in Thailand. Develop and improve processes continuously, control quality and find new ways to increase operation efficiency/quality control and reduce loss in process to minimum.
• Manage warehouse and transportation costing to be within agreed target. Responsible for budgeting and forecasting.
• Monitor logistic processes to ensure they follow compliance with laws and regulations of storing and transporting hazardous chemicals and Dangerous Goods (DG products).
• Work closely with internal and external concerned parties to improve service level and execute daily operation
• Create, Check and supervise KPI, agreement and self-assessment for Transportation & Warehouse section.
• Manage and see through to completion ad hoc requests – cycle counts, same day delivery, emergency receipts, quality check.
• Manage and develop the team including outsource service providers to ensure the effectiveness and efficiently of the products flow from product receiving until distribution to meet the expectation of the long-term growth and strategic development of the company.
• Plan and manage the planning, selection and implementation of Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Enterprise Resource Planning System (ERP)
• Support the renegotiation of our main contract and ongoing contract management
• Other responsibilities as per assigned

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 35 - 45 years old
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration or related fields
- At least 10 years working experience in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Warehouse or Transportation Management with proven track of record
- Have experience in implementation of Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Have Experience in handling hazardous chemicals logistic operations
- Knowledgeable in MS Office (especially in Excel: PivotTable, VLookUP)
- Good command of written and spoken English (mainly use in documentation)
- Able to travel occasionally to our HQ in BKK for assigned meetings.

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Knowledge of ERP (SAP)
