Used Equipment Business Department Manager (50K–70K) (SDG-112823)

<Job responsibilities>
Managing and Reporting
- Prepare reports such as machinery stock reports, sales reports, collect and compile market price data, sales situation and progress reports, update trends of auction machinery prices in Japan and Thailand, and other related Reports.
- Manage the used machinery business to achieve the company's set goals, and identify business opportunities to develop and drive the used machinery business forward.
- Calculate selling prices, Profit/Loss, and approve closing prices to align with the competitive environment and company objectives.
- Monitor market conditions of used machinery prices from various sources, such as online media, brokers, importers, and sellers of used machinery.
Coordinating
- Coordinate with sales representatives to support sales, such as Preparing information on used machinery stock, images, prices, machinery condition, and sales terms.
- Coordinate with the Technical team to collect images, condition Check reports, follow up on repair work, and control costs.
Summarize and report results.
- Coordinate, update sales information, and market conditions with the used machinery team at the Singapore and Japan offices.
Marketing
- Coordinate with the relevant marketing department to create sales materials and advertise the company's used machinery for sale across the company’s social media platforms, the internet, and other online media.
- Propose and Provide information to potential buyers of used machinery, forward information to sales representatives, and follow up on sales progress, problems, and obstacles.
- Dealing Consignment and Overseas partners
- Manage sales for Consignment customers, Coordinate, and Prepare relevant documents.
Doing Procurement
- Procure used machinery both domestically and internationally for resale.
- Assess machinery prices and condition for purchase, repair costs, and set selling prices that align with market conditions.
- Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 37 - 45 years old
- Bachelor's degree- Experience at least 5 years in heavy machinery industry especially for excavator, wheel loader, trucks products.
- Being Assistant manager or manager level
- Experienced in "Used" machinery with efficient cost control in both domestic and overseas markets.
- Machinery marketing analysis, budget management.
- Conversational high to business level in English.
- Having driving license
- Experience in import or export operation.
- Managing the Coordinating, Coordinating well with multiple organizations.
- Excellent Technical, troubleshooting, communication, Presentation, good planning, and interpersonal and decision-making skills.
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineer, Marketing, Business Management etc.

Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Monday-Friday)

- ปริญญาตรี- มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 5 ปี ในอุตสาหกรรมเครื่องจักรกลหนัก โดยเฉพาะผลิตภัณฑ์รถขุด รถตักล้อยาง รถบรรทุก
- เป็นผู้ช่วยผู้จัดการ หรือ ระดับผู้จัดการ
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านเครื่องจักร "มือสอง" พร้อมควบคุมต้นทุนอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพทั้งในตลาดในประเทศและต่างประเทศ
- วิเคราะห์การตลาดเครื่องจักร บริหารจัดการงบประมาณ
- สามารถสนทนาภาษาอังกฤษได้ในระดับสูงถึงระดับธุรกิจ
- มีใบขับขี่รถยนต์
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการดำเนินการนำเข้า หรือส่งออก
- การจัดการการประสานงาน ประสานงานกับหลาย ๆ องค์กรได้ดี
- ทักษะด้านเทคนิค การแก้ไขปัญหา การสื่อสาร การนำเสนอ การวางแผนที่ดี การเข้ากับผู้อื่น และการตัดสินใจเป็นเลิศ
