Work Outline: Provide training activities, plan training strategy
Duties & Responsibility:
Provide training activities
Review and develop process improvement for team.
Plan and manage training Strategy & Budget
Plan and conduct KPI & SLA
Set up KPI by using available tools and sources to be the most effective evaluation
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality, Male or Female, Age 28-40 years old
Bachelor’s Degree in any fields
3 years experienced in training customer service
Strong knowledge in KPI and SLA
Good command of written and spoken in English
Communication skills and interpersonal skills
Languages skills
English: Business Level
Workplace Area: Bangkok
Working Hour: 8.45-17.45 (Mon-Fri)
About the Benefit
Salary: 40,000-60,000 THB/ Month
