Technical Support (GPS) (17K-25K) (SDG-39779)
<Job Responsibilities>
 Understand the products of GPS in technical functions and be able to comprehend the data report
 Consult the customers towards the GPS products instruction, how-to, issues and solving solutions
 Find the root cause of issues and advise the solution and/or collaborate with technical team in assisting the customers
 Visit and instruct the products at customer place
 Other related tasks as assigned



<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality ,Male, age 24-28 years old
 Bachelor’s Degree / Vocational in IT
 2-3 years experiences in customer service in IT industry mainly focus in GPS
 Have standard English skill, can communicate both writing and speaking
 Able to use own car for business purpose
 Able to work at flexible date and time (shift work)
 Ability to work overtime and as shift and on Saturday & Sunday or public holidays
 Good and clear communication skill
 Have a pleasant personality, friendly and good service mind

English: Conversational Level

Workplace Area: BTS Phayathai, Bangkok
Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Shift work: 2 day-off per week / Time: 8.30-17.30 or 15.00-21.00 as assigned)
