<Job responsibilities>
- Representation of the company and seeking for new potential Partner, Introducing Brokers (IB), clients and Investors.
- Monitor competitors’ movement, analyze the strategies to maintain strength area and propose proper competitive countermeasures to management in order to develop and support company’s targets.
- Manage customer relationship; retaining and expanding the existing relationship and drive volume and revenue continuously. Collaborate with support and operations departments to ensure client satisfaction.
- Ability to negotiate high level deals and create “out of the box” solutions for clients.
- Liaise with General Manager on management issues.
- Be active to call customer regarding product problems, service questions and General client concerns.
- Follow up and Maintain customer relationships. Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints.
- support the permanent improvement of the sales effectiveness and productivity of the sales team through development of trainings, call scripts, call monitoring, performance tracking, etc.
- Develop and utilize sales data analysis strategies to Provide individual sales team member feedback as well as optimize sales team performance
- Provide sales team leaders and sales team members with ongoing guidance, coaching, and performance improvement feedback
- Achieve the best in sales target and KPI and team target.

- เป็นตัวแทนของบริษัทและกำลังมองหาพันธมิตรที่มีศักยภาพ ผู้แนะนำโบรกเกอร์ (IB) ลูกค้า และนักลงทุน
- ติดตามการเคลื่อนไหวของคู่แข่ง วิเคราะห์กลยุทธ์เพื่อรักษาพื้นที่ความแข็งแกร่งและเสนอแนวทางแก้ไขการแข่งขันที่เหมาะสมต่อฝ่ายบริหารเพื่อพัฒนาและสนับสนุนเป้าหมายของบริษัท
- จัดการความสัมพันธ์กับลูกค้า การรักษาและขยายความสัมพันธ์ที่มีอยู่และขับเคลื่อนปริมาณและรายได้อย่างต่อเนื่อง ทำงานร่วมกับฝ่ายสนับสนุนและฝ่ายปฏิบัติการเพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าลูกค้าพึงพอใจ
- ความสามารถในการเจรจาข้อตกลงระดับสูงและสร้างโซลูชัน "นอกกรอบ" สำหรับลูกค้า
- ติดต่อประสานงานกับ General Manager ในประเด็นด้านการจัดการ
- กระตือรือร้นที่จะโทรหาลูกค้าเกี่ยวกับปัญหาของผลิตภัณฑ์ คำถามเกี่ยวกับบริการ และข้อกังวลทั่วไปของลูกค้า
- ติดตามและรักษาความสัมพันธ์กับลูกค้า ให้ข้อเสนอแนะเกี่ยวกับประสิทธิภาพของกระบวนการบริการลูกค้า
- จัดการและแก้ไขข้อร้องเรียนของลูกค้า
- สนับสนุนการปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพการขายและประสิทธิผลของทีมขายอย่างถาวรผ่านการพัฒนาการฝึกอบรม สคริปต์การโทร การติดตามการโทร การติดตามประสิทธิภาพ ฯลฯ
- พัฒนาและใช้กลยุทธ์การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลการขายเพื่อให้ข้อเสนอแนะแก่สมาชิกทีมขายรายบุคคล รวมถึงเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการทำงานของทีมขาย
- ให้คำแนะนำ การฝึกสอน และข้อเสนอแนะในการปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพการทำงานแก่หัวหน้าทีมขายและสมาชิกทีมขายอย่างต่อเนื่อง
- บรรลุเป้าหมายการขายและ KPI และเป้าหมายของทีมที่ดีที่สุด


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 23 - 35 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- 1++ years of working experiences in sales of investment products (Forex only)
- knowledge and experience in financial products - Forex
- Good command in English skills (for internal communication)

Language Skill
English level : Conversational
Japanese level : None

Workplace Area: BTS Sala Daeng
Working Hour: 9:00-18:00((Monday to Friday) WIO 100%)

- ประสบการณ์การทำงาน 1++ ปีในการขายผลิตภัณฑ์การลงทุน (Forex เท่านั้น)
- ความรู้และประสบการณ์ด้านผลิตภัณฑ์ทางการเงิน - Forex
- สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี (เพื่อการสื่อสารภายใน)
