Responsibility:

• Response to customer request and act accordingly to solve customer’s problem
• Visit and work on customer’s site to provide technical support to users
• Interact with customers in good business manner in order to keep good relationship with customers
• Coordinate with sales team and assist sales team for technical issue
• Undertake pre-/post-sales service tasks such as installation, testing, training, commissioning, maintenance service to customer, on call service to customer and support (fully)
• Demonstration and providing the information of assigned products to customer 

Qualification:

[Must]

• Thai Nationality Only, Female Age: 25 – 35
• Bachelor Degree in Engineer or relate field 
• 2 – 3 years of working experience as technical support, technical support engineer, or related task
• Good command in English
• Possess own car and driving license

• Strong teamwork with good personal skills, services mind, love to solve problems
• Strong team work, Good communication skill, Flexible

Workplace Area:              Huaykwang / Bangkok      

Working Hour:                  Mon - Fri (8.15 – 17.15) 

About the Benefit

Salary: 43,000 - 45,000 THB/ Month 

- 4 - 5 months pool bonus (Paid quarterly)
