Work Outline: Support customer inquiries, give an advice for company product
Product: Parts/FA parts
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Select company products from customer request specifications (Necessary to be able to explain the reason why we choose, when customer require)
- Promote company product to customers.
Ø Confirmation of customer selection items
Ø Give customer for Technical Advice
Ø Propose cost reduction Proposal
- Monitor efficient service to customers and handle all customer complaints with good result oriented
Ø Other assigned task by superior
Qualifications:
[Must]
- -Thai nationality, age 27-35 years,
- -Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mechanical, Production, Industrial Engineer or any related fields
- -5 years in the fields of Sales Engineer, Technical Support
- -Be goal-oriented and persuasive, and work well both independently and as part of a team
- -Good command in English (Toeic 400)
- -Strong communication & interpersonal skills & negotiation skill
