Job Detail

*Maintenance and new model
• Managing maintenance to reduce unplanned downtime and improve all machine/ equipment
• Analyse all problems and develop solutions for improvement related to maintenance
• Taking care about new model (Control cost, concept design)
• Follow up preventive maintenance plan
• Manage subordinates, provide training to them
• Work on ISO system relation (ISO 9001, IATF 16949)
• Manage maintenance team to achieve company target
• Project lead, KAIZEN and continue improvement efforts, propose and implement continuous productivity
• Other tasks as assignment

Working Hour: 8:00-17:10 (Saturday Working: 1-2 times per month)


• Age 38-45 years
• Male only
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering field
• Have working experience at least 10 years about maintenance in any manufacturing industry but must have 5 years’ experience in automotive field
• Have management experience at least 3 years as Maintenance Assistant Manager or higher
• Must have working experience of maintenance and control new model
• Must have working experience of press machine or welding robot
• Have knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 9001
• Conversational low-middle level of English
• Able to use MS Office program
