Technical Assistant Manager @ Rayong (41K-47K) (SDG-36283)
<Job Responsibilities>
 Responsible for management of production line including new line in terms of labor, budget, technical matters
 To coordinate with supplier to set up molds and Jig for production line from the drawings
 To negotiate with supplier and gather quotations
 To control the budget in terms of maintenance and spare parts for production line
 Manage subordinates to handle production plan correctly *There are staffs who do electrical and maintenance tasks
 Notifies suppliers and subcontractors of reasons for rejection of materials and parts received
 Safety system maintain and risk review to protect quality matter
 Manage progress for each KPI target and analysis route cause to improvement to achieve KPI
 Prepare documents and report (ISO etc.)
 Trouble shooting by analysis and make countermeasure to reduce monthly & daily problem
 Train junior staff and manage sub-contractor
 Perform other tasks as assign by JP MD and Mgr



<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 35-43 years old
 Bachelor degree / College diploma in engineering field
 At least 5 years’ experience as production engineer in Japanese automotive parts manufacturer
 Having experience of launching new production line (include Welding, Stamping process)
 Able to read drawing for mold (3D CAD)
 Having management experience of labor and budget
 Conversational level of English (low to middle)
 Be able to commute to work by themselves

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
 Able to communicate in Japanese

Working Hour: 8:00-17:10(Saturday Working : 1-2 times per month)
