Team Leader Engineer (Automotive Design Team, N3+) (34K–44K) (SDG-116242)

<Job responsibilities>
- Work with the Japanese Project Leader to lead the team and motivate team member
- Communicate and Negotiate with customers, designer and team member to help
- Japanese Project Leader in Management
- Allocate tasks to member, give instruction and monitor performance
- Provide designer with usage assistance on CV5, CV6 and basic computer system
- Check designer’s result based on customer’s rule
- Support customer and designer based on requirement
*Work location: Automobile factory in Ram Inthra (at least 3 years), then return to work at company



<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 28 - 35 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor's degree or Higher in Any Engineering field (Automotive, Mechanical, Aerospace will be an advantage)
- At least 3 years of experience in Design Engineering or as a Project Manager Coordinator in the automotive industry.
- Experience in leading or coordinating a team of engineers.
- Conversational Middle level of English, Mostly use for report
- Conversational High level of Japanese language for Communication ,Both speaking and writing an e-mail (JLPT N3+ is a must)
- Working in a client-facing role and acting as a liaison between the company and the client.
- Must be willing to work on-site at the client’s automotive factory in Ram Intra for a minimum of 3 years before returning to company.
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Experience on engineering consult field in Japanese company is advantage
- Experience on CAD engineer which using CATIA modeling is advantage (CATIA knowledge is a plus as training will Be Provided)

Language Skill
English level : Conversational
Japanese level : Conversational

Workplace Area: Ram Inthra
Working Hour: 8:30-18:00(Base at client's company, Monday - Friday (Saturday : Depends on customer's calendar))
