Tailor (Based in Emquartier Store) (45K–58K) (SDG-92485)

<Job Responsibilities>
• Perceive well the level of professional tailoring processes
• Measure client for size, using tape measure and records measurements
• Fit and study garments on clients to determine required alterations
• Fit, alter, and repair clothing, according to clients' needs
• Prepare alterations both by needle and thread or sewing machine
• Liaise with clients to draw and alter the individual patterns to fit client's measurements and garment style
• Approach and perform in proper manner and posture to the client as per procedures
• Respecting the original style of the item, proceed with the proper measurement for alterations requested by the
client
• Considering the cases, the Client Advisor instead of the tailor takes the measurements, and ensure the pin work by
the Client Advisor is sufficient as per the company requirement in correspondence with the store management
• Grasp all the alteration requests by clients, and complete all the tasks in the scheduled period
• Make sure to update all the alteration work done in the alteration files
• Maintain the workspace area tidy
• Monitor the level and condition of all the tailoring equipment, making sure that stock level and condition are
enough for daily activity. For any reorder of tailoring equipment, he/she has to inform the store management
• Make sure that once the alterations have been executed, Client Advisor will inform the client
• Responsible for communicating fitting information to Client Advisor
• Responsible for conducting open dialogue with clients and Client Advisor
• Offer consultations in line with the aesthetic of the company
• Perform other duties as directed
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 25 - 45 years old
- High School or above
• With at least 2 years (s) of working experience in the retail field,
• Passion for Luxury Retail
• Strong understanding of Client Service needs
• Good client selling skills
• Organizational skills and understanding of priorities
• Pleasant and outgoing personality

• Able to work as Shift work
• Excellent computer and analytical skills
- X 3 stores (Siam Paragon, ICON Siam, and EmQuartier) Complicated jobs can be outsourced
• Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and customer servicing skills
• Highly self-motivated, independent, and influential
<Preferable Skills / Experiences>
• Bachelor’s degree
• luxury brands is preferred
• Passion in Luxury Retail

Working Hour: 10:00-22:00(shift work > working hours depends on department store time)
