Duties & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for system support in Thailand coordinating with System Engineer in Japan
- Monitoring server and network performance, and verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes
- Monitoring daily backup operations, ensuring that all required file systems and system data are successfully backed up to the appropriate media and that media devices are recycled and sent off site as necessary in accordance with backup policies and procedures
- Applying software patches, security updates and upgrades on a regular basis, and upgrading administrative tools and utilities
- Ensuring that all incidents, problems, service and change requests are recorded in the Service Management System
- Study and evaluate the new IT technologies that could be applied to organization’s systems
- Handle IT related issues such as maintaining equipment, hardware, software and systems
- Diagnose network and system problems
- Other tasks as assigned by the Manager
Qualification:
Desired skills & experiences:
[MUST]
- Thai Nationality, Male/Female, Age 25-35
- Bachelor’s degree Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or any related fields
- At least 1.5 years’ work experience as a System Engineer
- At least 2 years’ experience of using PHP (Codelgniter, FuelPHP, Laravel, CakePHP, Symfony, Zend)
- Knowledge of HTML-CSS-Javascript/RDB/Redmine/GIT

PERFER
- Good command of English
- Early 30's
- Work experience in manufacturing companies
Workplace Area: BTS Sala Daeng
Working Hour: Monday – Friday 9:00 – 18:00
About the Benefit
Salary: 40,000-70,000 THB/Month
