Duties & Responsibilities:

• In charge of strategic HR for all groups of company
• Assist in creating and developing HR strategic policies, policies, SOP and procedures as well as following up with HR operations in terms of implementation
• Assist HR Director in daily management work for all areas under the scope of responsibilities related to system development and improvement
• Communicate and promote the understanding of HR concepts, processes, tools and applications
• Provide support and advice in all HR issues to Business Groups and Employees
• Troubleshoot any problems in daily work to HR management and related HR functions

Qualification:

Desired skills & experiences:

[Must]

• Thai nationality, Male or Female, Age 25-35
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Master’s degree is preferred
• At least 5 years of experience in HR, strategic background is preferred
• Background of logistics business is advantaged

[Prefer]

• Good communication skills, able to coordinate and communicate with all levels of employees
• Pleasant personality, good interpersonal and very good command of English, especially proposal writing skills

Workplace Area:         Bangrak

Working Hour:            Monday to Friday 8:30 – 17:00

Salary:  30,000-40,000 THB/Month
