Work outline: Survey, estimate project cost and coordinate with concern departments to open new store in Shopping Mall

Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø    Addresses concerns and maintains consistent follow-up on any outstanding issues with team or leader
Ø    Negotiate with Shopping Mall in charge person to obtain their approval of drawings and ensure negotiations fall within specific budget parameters.
Ø    Manages, monitors, and communicates project schedules, budget guidelines, progress, and costs to ensure projects are completed on time and to established expectations
Ø    Other assigned task by Superior

Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø    Thai nationality, Male or Female, age 28-35 years
Ø    Bachelor or Master’s Degree in any fields
Ø    At least 3-5 years of professional experience in business development, new store opening
Ø    Strong negotiation skill and communication skill
Ø    Good command in English

Working Hour: 9.00 – 18.30 (Mon-Fri) / Lunch hour from 12:00-13:30
