(Work Outline): Monitors and maintains current inventory levels; processes purchasing orders as required; tracks orders and investigates problems.

Detail:

•Records purchases, maintains database, performs physical count of inventory, and reconciles actual stock count to computer-generated reports.

•Receives, unpacks, and delivers goods; re-stocks items as necessary; labels shelves.

•Processes and/or approves invoices for payment/Import/Export Documentary.

•Processes and documents returns as required following established procedures.

•Performs routine clerical duties, including data entry, answering telephones, and assisting customers.

•Purchase the products to remain a well balance of stock/inventory.

               *Factory: Ayutthaya Province (Need to go visit factory 2 times/week)

Desired skills & experiences:

(Must)

Thai Nationality Only, Male/Female *Male is preferable* Age: 25– 35 

At least 2 years working as Stock Control, Purchasing, procurement field in Japanese Trading company or Manufacture

Have Car and Driven License (Be able to travel upcountry (Ayutthaya province)

Bachelor's degree in any related field.

Be able to work on Saturday 2 times/month.

(Preferable Qualification) 

Strong Minded, with Detailed & Flexible with Multi-Tasks in Purchasing & Inventory Control job 

Experience working in Trading or Manufacturing field (Especially in Electric Parts industry) would be advantage.  

Languages skills:

English: Daily conversation

Workplace Area: Huaykwang, Bangkok

Working Hour: Monday – Friday (08:30-17:30) *some Saturday*
