Duties & Responsibility:
(WORK OUTLINE): Check raw material and finish product at Factory and stock warehouse
Records purchases, maintains database, performs physical count of inventory, and reconciles actual stock count to computer-generated reports.
Receives, unpacks, and delivers goods; re-stocks items as necessary; labels shelves.
Processes and/or approves invoices for payment/Import/Export Documentary.
Processes and documents returns as required following established procedures.
Performs routine clerical duties, including data entry, answering telephones, and assisting customers.
Purchase the products to remain a well balance of stock/inventory.
Qualifications:
Desired skills & experiences:
[MUST]
Bachelor Degree in International Business Management, Business Admin or any related field (Fresh Graduates are welcomed)
Age between 22-25 male only
Have 0-3 years with direct experience Stock control or Admin
Good command in English
Good team player and be able to work independently and proactively
Willing to work in Prachuabkirikan
[PREFER]
Good computer skill, having knowledge of SAP System will be advantage
Languages skills:
English: Advanced conversational
Workplace Area: Bangsaphan, Prachuapkirikan
Working Hour: 08.30 – 17.30 (Mon-Fri)
