Duties & Responsibilities:
Assist for issuing purchase order (P/O), sales order (S/O) and purchase
Interact with the suppliers and the customers.
Ensure that any invoices are sent to accounts for payment. Billing invoice to customer.
Filing and Prepare data entry and documents for all reports.
Sending survey, collect and analyze data used to improve suppliers and procurement organization practices / processes
Providing the necessary support to the team members in relation to sourcing decision, supplier negotiation, and etc.
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality only, male/female, age 24-30 years old
Bachelor degree in any related field
1 – 2 years of working experiences in administrator of purchasing or procurement function
Good command in English and Microsoft Office i.e. Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.
Having knowledge / skills in procurement or purchasing is preferred
Languages skills
English: Advance Conversation level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: (BTS) Saladaeng
Working Hour: 09:00 – 17:30 (Monday – Friday)
