Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø    To lead and support cost reduction projects mainly for group factories in Thailand
Ø    To lead Value Engineering projects for group factories in Thailand
Ø    To support factories’ engineers to make Value Engineering Cases (VEC) and follow through to adoption
Ø    To apply spend analysis and strategic sourcing
Ø    To conduct Engineering education (Training will be provided)
Ø    To conduct local Thailand and Overseas (SE-Asia) sourcing, RFQ, Proposal making, and follow through to adoption
Ø    To setup cost down target for each budget term, and work towards achieving the target, on 6 months termly basis
Ø    To make monthly report to group factories management & Head Office
Ø    To support Social Innovation Business expansion in Thailand
Ø    To support other ad-hoc Process Improvement and Facility Management projects, on engineering requirements
Ø    To check, gather and analyze actual cost reduction of procurement / spending of group factories.
Ø    To constantly strengthen self and group factories’ members knowledge, skillset, systematic thinking, and to gain group factories’ satisfaction

Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø    Thai nationality , Male only, 30-35 y.o
Ø    Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related Engineering field
Ø    3 – 5 years of directly working experiences in Procurement Engineering / Manufacturing
Ø    Good command of spoken and written English and Japanese(prefer)
Ø    Able to travel for work in Thailand up-country and occasional overseas assignments
Ø    Good attitude with self-initiatives and effective communicator, and to work with various stakeholders.
Ø    Self-confidence to give consultation to or lead group factories’ members in running projects.
Ø    Good command of Microsoft office, especially in Power Point or Presentation skills

Languages skills
English: Advance Conversational Level
Japanese: Advance Conversational Level (Optional)

Workplace Area: (BTS) Saladaeng
Working Hour: 9:00 – 17:30 (Mon – Fri)
