Work outline: Overall of warehouse processes
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Monitoring/Control warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements. This will include developing, implementing, enforcing, and evaluating policies and procedures; developing processes for receiving product, equipment utilization, inventory management, and shipping.
Ø Develop a distribution action plan in assigned area that will allow the company to keep its competitive edge through distribution and logical excellence;
Ø Improve distribution operational efficiency by applying know-how of specific professional discipline and broad management knowledge.
Ø Meets assigned warehouse expectations financial objectives by forecasting requirement; preparing annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
Ø Implement warehouse operations system improvements by analyzing process work flow, managing space requirements and equipment layout; implement changes.
Ø Maintains safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures while complying with legal regulations
Ø Drive operational excellence through continuous improvement.
Ø Analyzing logistical problems and producing new solutions
Ø Lead warehouse operation team on smooth operation
Ø Meeting with client (Japanese)
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai nationality , Male/female, age 35-45 years old
Ø Bachelor’s degree in Logistic
Ø At least 7 years of experience in Logistic / Warehouse or any related field
Ø Strong management Skill
Ø Able to work under pressure / Good Attitude
Ø Able to work in Flexible hour
Languages skills
English: Preferable
Japanese: Advanced Conversational Level – Highest *at least N3*
Workplace Area: Chonburi
Working Hour: Work in a shift (5 days work, 2 days off)
About the Benefit
Salary: 60,000 – 80,000 THB Base
