Work Outline: Customer service and leadership tasks
Duties & Responsibility:
Accountable for center Sales Performance, capacity and couch occupancy.
Assign sales target to team members.
Monitoring staff development progress and orientation process of new staff.
Responsible for overall team management with respect to team engagement, driving processes and discipline.
Managing couch occupancy efficiently, capacity, and individual staff productivity.
Analyzing center inventory, stock movement, and forecast in align with company goals.
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai national, Female only, age 30-45 years
Bachelor’s degree in any field
At least 3-5 years’ experience in Spa, Salon or any related field.
Good team player, people and leadership skill.
Able to give clear direction to her/his team mate and strong execution as well as follow-up skill
Be able to handle customer’s complain
Have Service Mind
Preferable Skill / Experience
Experience in Salon Management, Spa Management, Beauty Clinic Management.
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational Level
Japanese: Conversational Level - Prefer
Workplace Area: BTS Siam
Working Hour: Shift System 10:00 – 20:00 (half month in morning shift)
