<Job Responsibilities>
- Contact with sale for receive order
- Purchase parts and equipment for troubleshooting at customer sale
- Responsible for related documents such as installation report and testing report
- Service for product installation at customer site both local and oversea
- Service for inspection product at customer site
- Coordinate with customer service
- Other tasks as assigned

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Male, 22-28 years old
- Bachelor’s degree of Electrical Engineering
- Welcome New Graduate
- Good command of English skill (to communicate internal with Japanese)
* Able to handle documents work 90% (10% on site during COVID situation)

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Have experience about service job, support customer about electrical system or gas system

Japanese: None

Workplace Area: Pathumthani Industrial area, Pathumthani
Working Hour: 8:00-17:30(Monday to Friday (Sat:1 or 2 times per month))

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
- ติดต่อฝ่ายขายเพื่อรับคำสั่งซื้อ
- ซื้ออะไหล่และอุปกรณ์สำหรับแก้ไขปัญหาที่การขายของลูกค้า
- รับผิดชอบเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น รายงานการติดตั้งและรายงานการทดสอบ
- บริการติดตั้งสินค้าที่ไซต์งานลูกค้าทั้งในและต่างประเทศ
- บริการตรวจเช็คสินค้าหน้างานลูกค้า
- ประสานงานกับฝ่ายบริการลูกค้า
- งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น >
- สัญชาติไทย เพศชาย อายุ 22-28 ปี
- วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาวิศวกรรมไฟฟ้า
- ยินดีต้อนรับบัณฑิตใหม่
- สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี (สื่อสารภายในกับภาษาญี่ปุ่น)
*สามารถจัดการงานเอกสารได้ 90% (บนไซต์ 10% ในช่วงสถานการณ์โควิด)

- มีประสบการณ์งานบริการ สนับสนุนลูกค้าเกี่ยวกับระบบไฟฟ้าหรือระบบแก๊ส
