Duties & Responsibility:
Follow up to ensure prompt case closure and customer satisfaction
Advise customer/dealer on any product support issues related to the assigned range of products
Constantly review existing product support procedures and solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness
Represent the factory product support teams to advise customers/dealers for all issues
Desired skills & experiences:
[Must]
Thai nationality Male age 21 - 25 years old
Bachelor Degree in Mechanical, Electronic, Electrical Engineer or related fields
Good command of English and computer literacy
At least 0 - 2 years of experience in Customer service about CNC, EDM, EDW. Machine
Languages skills:
ENGLISH: Advance conversational Level
Workplace Area: Navanakorn Industrial Estate, Pathumthani
Working Hour:8.00 – 17.00 (Monday – Friday) *Alternate Saturday
About the Benefit
Salary: 21,000 – 25,000THB *Excluding Allowance
