<Job responsibilities>
- Responsible for working independently in maintenance, repair and installation of electro-mechanical machines including solving the problems.
- Perform maintenance inspections and prepare detailed documentation of necessary repairs and observations.
- Responsible in planning, follow up and reporting the job summary to customers and management.
- Responsible for project planning, cost and budget of jobs.
- Work independently in resolving machinery issues, advise and instruct the proper maintenance and repair of equipment to customers.
- Provide product support & service (or troubleshooting) to external and internal customers globally, while meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction, profit and expense objectives.
- Visit Customer Site and Regularly in touch with customers and Generate future maintenance service opportunities.
- Focus on Process and handle Customer inquiries within a timely manner.
- Delegate and instruct the Technical support to the Customer and Site engineers with Focus on Site closure.
- Participate, guide the resolution of Technical issues & ensure the job timely completion of Technical issues impacting customers.
- Attend the training courses and meetings as required and oversee the development of colleagues.
- Provide supervisory and Technical support to colleagues and communicate with staff at all levels.
- Maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times, consistent with client and company expectations, and in doing so help to promote the image of the Company.
- Provide support and cooperation to the management and to colleagues and be prepared and willing to help and contribute to the success of the company at all times.
- Observe and adhere to company health & safety guidelines and contribute to a healthy and safe working environment.
- Communicate and provide feedback to management on opportunities to improve job Process, Customer and associate satisfaction

<ความรับผิดชอบในงาน>
- รับผิดชอบการทำงานอิสระในการบำรุงรักษา ซ่อมแซม และติดตั้งเครื่องจักรไฟฟ้าเครื่องกล รวมถึงแก้ไขปัญหาต่างๆ
- ดำเนินการตรวจสอบการบำรุงรักษาและจัดทำเอกสารโดยละเอียดเกี่ยวกับการซ่อมแซมและการสังเกตที่จำเป็น
- รับผิดชอบการวางแผน ติดตาม และรายงานสรุปงานให้กับลูกค้าและผู้บริหาร
- รับผิดชอบการวางแผนโครงการ ต้นทุน และงบประมาณของงาน
- ทำงานอย่างอิสระในการแก้ไขปัญหาเครื่องจักร ให้คำแนะนำและสั่งการบำรุงรักษาและซ่อมแซมอุปกรณ์ที่เหมาะสมแก่ลูกค้า
- ให้การสนับสนุนและบริการผลิตภัณฑ์ (หรือการแก้ไขปัญหา) แก่ลูกค้าภายนอกและภายในทั่วโลก ในขณะเดียวกันก็บรรลุหรือเกินความพึงพอใจของลูกค้า กำไร และวัตถุประสงค์ค่าใช้จ่าย
- เข้าไซต์งานลูกค้าและติดต่อกับลูกค้า สร้างโอกาสในการบริการบำรุงรักษาในอนาคต
- มุ่งเน้นกระบวนการและจัดการกับข้อซักถามของลูกค้าภายในเวลาที่กำหนด
- มอบหมายและแนะนำการสนับสนุนทางเทคนิคแก่ลูกค้าและวิศวกรไซต์โดยเน้นที่การปิดไซต์
- เข้าร่วม ชี้แนะการแก้ไขปัญหาทางเทคนิค และรับประกันว่างานด้านเทคนิคที่ส่งผลกระทบต่อลูกค้าจะเสร็จสิ้นทันเวลา
- เข้าหลักสูตรการฝึกอบรม ประชุมตามความจำเป็น
- ให้การสนับสนุนการกำกับดูแลและด้านเทคนิคแก่เพื่อนร่วมงานและสื่อสารกับพนักงานทุกระดับ
- ส่งเสริมภาพลักษณ์ของบริษัท
- ให้การสนับสนุนและความร่วมมือแก่ฝ่ายบริหารและเพื่อนร่วมงาน และเตรียมพร้อมและเต็มใจที่จะช่วยเหลือและมีส่วนร่วมในความสำเร็จของบริษัทอยู่เสมอ
- สังเกตและปฏิบัติตามแนวทางด้านสุขภาพและความปลอดภัยของบริษัท และมีส่วนร่วมในสภาพแวดล้อมการทำงานที่ถูกสุขลักษณะและปลอดภัย
- สื่อสารและให้ข้อเสนอแนะแก่ฝ่ายบริหารเกี่ยวกับโอกาสในการปรับปรุงกระบวนการทำงาน ลูกค้า และผู้ร่วมงาน

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male , age 33 - 45 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Engineering degree or Diploma in mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronic engineering.
- Experience 7 years in the Service Engineer field (Mechanical or Electronic).
- Conversational English skill (to Communicate internally)
- Willing to visit and work on-site at the customer's location (industrial estate)
- Have driving license (company's car provided for business purposes)
- Electrical wiring and controls diagnosis and repair.
- Pneumatic and hydraulic systems maintenance and repair.
- knowledge and experience in the field of mechanical or Electrical machine systems.

- ยินดีเข้าพบและทำงานในสถานที่ของลูกค้า (นิคมอุตสาหกรรม)
- มีใบอนุญาตขับขี่รถยนต์ (รถของบริษัทจัดไว้ให้เพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ทางธุรกิจ)
- การเดินสายไฟฟ้าและการควบคุมการวินิจฉัยและการซ่อมแซม
- การบำรุงรักษาและซ่อมแซมระบบนิวแมติกและไฮดรอลิก
- มีความรู้และประสบการณ์ในด้านระบบเครื่องกลหรือไฟฟ้า
