Benefit:
- Mon - Fri (9.00 – 18.00)
- 3-4 months pool bonus

Responsibility: 
1. Compensation & Benefit
- Full responsible for Payroll for all staff members (Local employee, Expat, LTA, Oversea subcontractor)

2. Performance Evaluation
- Manage the performance/capability evaluation system, career development plan (CDP), counseling systems, develop the process and tools for them, and execute the annual evaluation (promotion, salary adjustment) in collaboration with Evaluation Committee.

3. Orientation & Training
- Conduct staff orientation; explain new joiner about company, business condition, company policy, and all related information with HR Overall Manager

4. New Grad Arrangement (OTA)
- Finalize OTA policy (Bond/Duration/BU assign) with the Management

5. Company policy
- Develop and execute the current HR policies and continue to maintain the Employee Handbook.

6. General Administration
- Manage and handle all human resources activities and office administra-tion

Qualification:
- Thai Nationality Only
- Flexible person aged below 38 years old
- Need to be independent for operation payroll/tax filing both for local / foreign employee.
- Need to have good English skill both in writing & speaking
- Be able to work independently and good leadership.
- Very energetic and creative person is preferable. 
- Language Skill: 
               *English: Business Level (TOEIC 750 or above)
