Work Outline: Manage & maintain IT infrastructure (Domain, Server, Mail, Network, Application, etc.)
Duties & Responsibility:
Proactively monitor system health, security, and performance.
Troubleshoot & solve the problem at the infrastructure level.
Back office system support and administration.
Supporting user requests relate to data and report issues.
Qualifications:
[Must]
Male/ Female, 25 – 30 years old
Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or any IT related field.
2-3 yrs. exp. in Hardware (PCs, Server, etc.), Network and maintenance / operation (i.e. Troubleshooting, Configuration change, etc.)
Strong knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel , Power point)
Service-minded and good interpersonal skill.
Preferable Skill / Experience
3 years’ experience in IT support will be an advantage
Having knowledge in server controllable will be an advantage
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational Level
Workplace Area: BTS Chongnonsri, 5 minutes walk, Bangkok
Working Hour: 8.30 – 17.00 (Monday – Friday)
