Senior Inventory Controller (40K-50K) (SDG-72941)

<Job Responsibilities>
- Plan inventory, schedule customers' orders and coordinate the flow of work and goods to meet delivery expectations of forecasted and actual sales while minimizing inventory levels.
- Manage raw material, goods, supplies, equipment, and/or services ordering and inventory control.
- Identify current and potential product shortages, develop and execute recovery, advise interested parties of status and recovery plans.
- Analyze data and collaborate with the Supply Chain Manager to determine and apply appropriate ordering, inventory, and replenishment policies
- Database management skills and utilize Material Requirements Planning system (MRP) to ensure that data is accurate and up to date.
- Manage inventory levels to meet corporate goals.
- Ability to analyze and solve problems.
- Assist in maintaining the monthly KPI.
- All other duties as assigned.
- Prepare routine administrative paperwork. Provide reports and requested information as needed
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Male, Female, 30-35 years old
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 3 years in Stock, Inventory control, manufacturing planning or materials planning role
- Understanding of MRP and supply chain software
- MS Excel Skill (VLOOKUP, Pivot)
- Good English <Internal, documents>
- Detail oriented, independent, and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines and work with other related sections.
<Preferable skill/ Experience >
- Bachelor in Supply Chain and Logistics or Business Administration
- Immediately or Early Join

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
- วางแผนสินค้าคงคลัง กำหนดเวลาคำสั่งซื้อของลูกค้า และประสานงานการไหลของงานและสินค้าเพื่อให้ตรงตามความคาดหวังในการส่งมอบของยอดขายที่คาดการณ์ไว้และตามจริง ในขณะที่ลดระดับสินค้าคงคลัง
- บริหารจัดการวัตถุดิบ สินค้า วัสดุ อุปกรณ์ และ/หรือ บริการสั่งซื้อและควบคุมสินค้าคงคลัง
- ระบุการขาดแคลนผลิตภัณฑ์ในปัจจุบันและที่อาจเกิดขึ้น พัฒนาและดำเนินการกู้คืน ให้คำแนะนำแก่ผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียเกี่ยวกับสถานะและแผนการกู้คืน
- วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลและร่วมมือกับ Supply Chain Manager เพื่อกำหนดและใช้นโยบายการสั่งซื้อ สินค้าคงคลัง และการเติมเต็มที่เหมาะสม
- ทักษะการจัดการฐานข้อมูลและใช้ระบบการวางแผนความต้องการวัสดุ (MRP) เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าข้อมูลมีความถูกต้องและเป็นปัจจุบัน
- จัดการระดับสินค้าคงคลังเพื่อให้บรรลุเป้าหมายขององค์กร
- สามารถวิเคราะห์และแก้ปัญหาได้
- ช่วยในการรักษา KPI รายเดือน
- งานอื่นๆ ทั้งหมดที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
- จัดทำเอกสารธุรการประจำ จัดทำรายงานและขอข้อมูลตามความจำเป็น
<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น >
- สัญชาติไทย ชาย หญิง อายุ 30-35 ปี
- ปริญญาตรี
- บทบาทอย่างน้อย 3 ปีในสต็อก การควบคุมสินค้าคงคลัง การวางแผนการผลิตหรือการวางแผนวัสดุ
- ความเข้าใจในซอฟต์แวร์ MRP และซัพพลายเชน
- ทักษะ MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot)
- ภาษาอังกฤษดี <ภายใน, เอกสาร>
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ เป็นอิสระ และสามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันให้ทันกำหนดเวลาและทำงานร่วมกับส่วนอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องได้

- ปริญญาตรีสาขาซัพพลายเชนและโลจิสติกส์หรือบริหารธุรกิจ
