Work outline: In charge of GA tasks and managing subordinate
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Car and Driver management
Ø Coordinating communication and correspondence in English and Thai for both written and spoken communication e.g. email correspondence, announcement, and notifications
Ø Coordinating Department’s administrative function, tracking responses and replies, and update employees of changes within the organization
Ø Settle company’s expenses and reimbursement in a timely manner, purchase procedure; PR/PO
Ø Responsible for managing office facilities
Ø Support for business trip about company’s management and employee ex. Reserve flight, roaming, etc.
Ø Monitoring ISO 14001 system
Ø Support special projects and events upon request, e.g. CSR, company trip, staff party etc.
Ø Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 30-38 years
Ø Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business Administration or related field
Ø At least 5 years of working experience in GA tasks
Ø Computer literacy in MS. Office; (Excel, Word, Power point, Outlook, Internet Explorer etc.)
Ø Good communication skill with good service minded
Ø Good documentation skill
Preferable:
Ø Japanese skill
Ø Ability to work under pressure
Ø Experience in ISO14001
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational Level
Japanese: Preferable
Workplace Area: BTS Chidlom
Working Hour: 8:00 – 17:00 (Mon – Fri)
