Senior Career Advisor (Senior Recruitment Consultant) (30K-35K) (SDG-75891)

<Job Responsibilities>
- Maintain strong relationships among candidates, by strategically controlling your actions to keep contacting them by utilizing the database system
- Sourcing potential candidates through job boards and other sources.
- Deeply understand the candidates through interviews.
- Consult and advise the candidate on how to maximize the possibility to reach success in their career, by providing the job market tendency and information.
- Share the full information of the candidates with Recruiting Consultant team and contribute with them to create opportunities for the candidates so that they get a chance to be interviewed.
- Support the candidate during the whole recruitment process.
- Cooperate with Recruiting Consultant so that both candidate and client will be satisfied in the job seeking/recruitment.
- Handle side projects to increase team productivity.
- Give advice and being a mentor to junior members
- Not limited to only above, but also implement any kinds of activities to realize the purposes written in the top

<Necessary Skills / Experiences >
- Thai nationality, Male, Female, 25-30 years old
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 3 years of in-house recruiter or recruitment consultant experience
- Knowledge of engineering job function, or recruitment experience in engineering roles
- Strong ownership and boldness to challenge any difficulties
- Have a strong client/customer-oriented and result-oriented mindsets
- Ability to communicate clearly with humbleness
- Strong interest in recruitment

<Preferable Skills / Experiences>
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
- Team management experiences

Working Hour: 9:00-18:00 (Monday-Friday)

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
- รักษาความสัมพันธ์ที่แน่นแฟ้นระหว่างผู้สมัครโดยควบคุมการกระทำของคุณอย่างมีกลยุทธ์เพื่อให้ติดต่อกับพวกเขาโดยใช้ระบบฐานข้อมูล
- จัดหาผู้สมัครที่มีศักยภาพผ่านกระดานงานและแหล่งอื่น ๆ
- เข้าใจผู้สมัครอย่างลึกซึ้งผ่านการสัมภาษณ์
- ให้คำปรึกษาและแนะนำผู้สมัครเกี่ยวกับวิธีการเพิ่มโอกาสในการประสบความสำเร็จในอาชีพการงาน โดยการให้ข้อมูลแนวโน้มตลาดงาน
- แบ่งปันข้อมูลทั้งหมดของผู้สมัครกับทีม Recruiting Consultant และมีส่วนร่วมกับพวกเขาเพื่อสร้างโอกาสให้กับผู้สมัครเพื่อให้พวกเขาได้รับโอกาสในการสัมภาษณ์
- สนับสนุนผู้สมัครตลอดกระบวนการสรรหาบุคลากรทั้งหมด
- ร่วมมือกับ Recruiting Consulting เพื่อให้ทั้งผู้สมัครและลูกค้าพึงพอใจในการหางาน/สรรหา
- จัดการโครงการข้างเคียงเพื่อเพิ่มผลผลิตของทีม
- ให้คำแนะนำและเป็นพี่เลี้ยงให้กับสมาชิกรุ่นน้อง
- ไม่จำกัดเฉพาะหน้าที่ด้านบนเท่านั้น แต่ยังดำเนินกิจกรรมทุกประเภทเพื่อให้บรรลุเป้าหมายที่เขียนไว้ด้านบน

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น >
- สัญชาติไทย ชาย หญิง อายุ 25-30 ปี
- ปริญญาตรี
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านนายหน้าหรือที่ปรึกษาการจัดหางานอย่างน้อย 3 ปี
- ความรู้เกี่ยวกับสายงานวิศวกรรม หรือประสบการณ์การสรรหาในตำแหน่งวิศวกร
- ความเป็นเจ้าของที่แข็งแกร่งและความกล้าหาญที่จะท้าทายปัญหาใด ๆ
- มีทัศนคติที่มุ่งเน้นลูกค้า/ลูกค้าและมุ่งเน้นผลลัพธ์ที่เข้มแข็ง
- ความสามารถในการสื่อสารอย่างชัดเจนด้วยความถ่อมตน
- มีความสนใจใน Recruitment อย่างมาก

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่ต้องการ>
- วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสบการณ์การบริหารทีม
