Senior BOI & Logistic Coordinator (35K-40K) (SDG-29448)
<Job Responsibilities>
Logistic Function
Coordinate with 3PL to fulfill customer satisfaction such as special label or special handling
Prepare shipping document such as invoice, packing list for export shipments included RTV, sample and replacement to customer
Handle for Stock rotation and vendor return shipment
Check freight, booking and monitor inbound and outbound shipments to ensure the shipments on schedules.
Improve Profitability Out bounds Expenses and zone to zone for local delivery
BOI Function
Submit BOI formula for new items
Sale summary report to customer every end month
Control report-V to vendor and customer
Documentation
Filling for all documentation (Import and export entry, tax invoice after acknowledgement by customer, delivery note, BOI exemption & cutting)
Others
Matching stock and solving on discrepancy data
Support team member during their leave
Ad hoc duties as assigned by superior
ISO
Committed to comply with all applicable regulatory relevant to ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 14001:2004 requirements
Cooperated with company activities to developed and maintained company Quality Policy & Objective and Environment Policy & Objective
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality, Female, age 27-35 years old
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Logistic, Business investment or related field
Work experience at least 5 years in logistics, import-export & BOI or related, such as inventory control, warehouse management.
Able to communication skill in English, self-motivated and ability to work independently.
Computer literacy ex. MS office, Word, Excel, PPT, Oracle system
Able to work independently under work pressure, willing to learn and proactive, high responsibility and good business judgment.
Good interpersonal skills, able to lead and motivate the team and demonstrate problem solving skills
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
Understand the concept of ISO9001 & ISO14001
Supervisory experience
Languages skills
English: Conversational Level
